Ms. Bina heads the Chemistry Division and brings prior teaching experience, having taught chemistry to students at IIT Bombay. She is a registered Patent Agent with 17 years of experience and holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from the Institute of Science.

Her expertise spans freedom-to-operate analysis, infringement analysis, patent drafting and prosecution, oppositions, assistance in litigation, handling office actions, and third-party observations. She works across diverse domains including organic and inorganic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and plant and herbal sciences.

She has advised pharmaceutical, formulation, and nutraceutical companies, as well as educational institutions, on strategizing and developing robust patent portfolios. Additionally, she manages regular correspondence with clients and collaborates closely with foreign attorneys.
